I don’t even think is ‘coz covid, I am sure they slowed down all the process to contribute to f**k Trump... IRS is part of the system just like the USPS.

From what I hear USPS has turned into disaster. Mail taking forever to reach destination or getting lost/stolen.
Anyone doing business in the US now should proceed with caution.
