I understand WISE is the most popular EMI account for international debit card, the withdraw fee is about 3%.
Swissquote also has option of intenrational debit card but not available in my country of residence.
ENDB debit card charges 5% plus the twice unfavourable exchange rate USD/AED; AED/Foreign currency (Debit Card available for AED account only).

Any other suggestion of reliable EMI account/bank with intenrational Debit Card with withdraw fees below 3%?

Thank you

Would help to know:

- which residency you plan to use for it
- which countries you need to take the cash from
- in which currencies

Since you talk about AED, I suppose you reside in the UAE therefore I recommend WIO: free withdrawals from FAB ATMs, multicurrency account (USD, GBP, EUR) all with separate IBANs which can be used via SWIFT. International withdrawals should be working without a currency conversion (a thing I still need to test, though I can attest it works that way for online spending and POS purchases).

Without any other detail, the obvious suggestion is Revolut... but we both wouldn't be on this forum if we could simply use Revolut with our residencies :D

Another obvious suggestion is Nexo, for anything crypto related. Not entirely sure how they interact with a UAE residency. They don't open the account, but you can declare EU and switch it later (very weird).

Thanks for the advice.
Charles Schwab not so sure if easy to open an account, thats why I´d look for an EMI.
I hold the non-resident bank account in UAE, however would like to conduct the withdraws in Brazil

In case of remember any other low fee EMI Bank, pls advise.

Thank you again

Where do you reside? When the EMI will ask for your address (+ proof), which country is it?

If it's Brazil, I see zero reasons for not using Revolut. It is supported: Revolut lands in Brazil!

I don't think that's the case anymore, the new card they introduced a few months back (their only option) seems to be EEA only.

Check Revolut or Xapo.

If it's Brazil,
Wise, too!
Wise is in Brazil, and it is very difficult to close an account and keep the funds there.
The OAB members would be chomping at the bit for that one!

Charles Schwab 0 fees.
If the person is a non-US resident, then they only open the broker account, but not the checking account. But they do send a card linked to the broker account.
I wanted to open an account with then and I didn't because of that.
