You need to ask them. However one can only hope they will make an announcement or issue updated terms and conditions for example to accept.

And if i change residence with UAE visa they will exchange with the UAE or old government?

Depends on what they choose to do.

Just got an answer from Cryptopay.me that they don't report and don't plan to at all. What do you think if it's true?
