European International Insurance company for Expat, where ?

I need a European Internatilnal Insurance company, for health insurance, it should cover me regardless where in Europe Iam and regardless if I'm a resident of Portugal, France or Germany.

Does this exists? If so, do you have a link and name to such insurance company.

It should cover, doctor & hospital as well as Dentist if possible.

I use genki insurance, as I’m young it’s very cheap, around 50 EUR a month. Global coverage except US and CA.
