Facilitator for ultra low SEPA Instant Transfers needed

Hello,

I am looking for some sort of EMI / E-Wallet or even Stablecoin-SEPA-Off-Ramp provider which can provide the following:

1. Send out SEPA Instant Transfer to Third Party (IBAN and name of recipient shall be provided) via API
2. Charge nothing for SEPA Instant Transfers or very low fee (outwards SEPA Instant Transfers are within 0.01 - 0.20 EUR range and used for verification)


Any sort of pooled/shared Account is welcomed since this kind of setup probably helps driving down the costs per transfer.

Maybe look at BVNK. They may fulfill point 1 but not sure on point 2. I can't see a business case for many EMI's wanting to do that who want to cover their business overheads. But maybe speak to them directly and see if something can be worked out,

P.S Their SEPA Credit Transfer limits seem good (1bn euros),....lol.
