Is Cooks Island really a good offshore jurisdiction if privacy and anonymity is primary reason to form an offshore company?

Indeed, Gibraltar, Belize and Delaware are really fast to incorporate if you want an alternative to the Seychelles.

No it's not like Seychelles which seems to be the only jurisdiction left that totally protect your privacy.

More are looking at Anguilla or St. Vincent as an offshore jurisdictions I'm not sure if that's better then a the Seychelles which I'm actually very happy with.

I would suggest Belize and Cyprus. If you want to have a country that is based in Europe go for Cyprus. There's also a section here in this forum that contains a lot of information about it.
