Filling W-8BEN-E for a UK LTD

I have to fill a W-8BEN-E form for a service my UK LTD has done for a US Company. I went through that complicated form and I'm struggling to understand If I need to
fill Part 3 (Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits) or just leave it blank.

has anyone ever completed such a form ? What section did you fill in?

My company is a simple Corporation / Active NFFE

The UK company can claim tax treaty benefits from the UK USA tax treaty. Write UK there.
