For business purpose offline is Seychelles company sufficient?

I'm into a offline investment business, closed ended private investor group and wondering if this business can be conducted from a Seychelles company? it seems we can get one pretty fast and hassle free.

Yes there is no reason for why you should not be able to make use of a Seychelles IBC for this business purpose.
