If you reach 5 Warning points you will be permanent banned.

Spammed or hidden advertising will be removed immediately and the username, e-mail and IP will be banned permanent.

Posting about topics with references to other forums is not allowed, this is a general rule on most of the worlds major forums, please respect this.

The buying, selling and trading of companies, bank accounts etc.

It has been decided that the buying, selling and trading of companies (LTD, LLC etc), bank accounts and similar products in general is not permitted on OffshoreCorpTalk.com.

We hope you all understand the reasons for this stance.

For the avoidance of doubt, there are no such restrictions with regards to OffshoreCorpTalk.com Mentor Group memberships.

PLEASE NOTE:


Posting Phone,Fax number, Skype contact or any other contact details are not allowed and is considered spammed advertising. If you want a user to contact you ask them to PM or PM the user!!!


We will give 1 warning after that IP and username gets a permanent ban!

Just a quick update to the new members that entering the forum. If you don't have sufficient posts to PM a user you can't use the user profile to post your contact details public.

As many of the service providers on this forum want to sell their services to forum users but don't seem to have read the forum Terms & Conditions even they agreed to it when they signed up then here is the link: Disclaimer

If you want to advertise, sell, post your contact details or anything on this forum that is direct or indirect sales related you have to upgrade your account to Mentor Group Membership and pay the €95 each month, when you stop paying all posts made from you will be filtered from any contact details!

We spend lots of money and time in this forum and don't want it to be raped like most of similar forums and block's around. Users need to feel comfortable with what they find here, and as you may know from all other businesses it is a give and take!

We have made a rewrite of the forum rules today as well add new rules.
