Which payment gateway is best for fully protect merchant identity and accept credit card payments online?

What if I get a offshore bank account in Panama or Seychelles and apply to payment gateway with it, does it acceptable?

Is there any mobile payment gateway which accepts anonymous merchant account?

Note: This business is legal adult oriented. So payment gateway must be high risk friendly.

There are several EU states that have no problem with adult. CCbill also is adult friendly.

As mentioned in te thread already. There are several jurisdictions to incorporate your business. For instant Cyprus, UK or BVI are places to do so you can use CCBILL, Epoch systems or some of the many other Adult payment processors to handle your credit card processing needs. Verotel is another option.
