Good Place to buy a PayPal VCC ?

Can anybody tell a place to buy Paypal VCC? Have checked but don't know whether I can belive those places or not.

icard should work well for you. At least it has not been black-listed by Paypal the last time we used it.
You should be able to get up to 20 VCCs from one account.

Vcc are a fast-moving target when it comes to PayPal.
