Google Ads - IE and UK LTD simple VAT problem

IE company without VAT number - adwords charges VAT for all spends.
UK company without VAT number - adwords has never charged VAT.

Could you tell me how this exactly works?

How to avoid(legit way) VAT charge by google ads for IE company?
What's gonna happen if Irish company will be registered to VAT and VAT number will be provided on google ads account? Do they stop charging vat then?

The supplier charge vat when invoice to company in the same country, but not if (business) customer is in another EU country (reverse charge) or outside the EU.

If ie company register for vat then you can reclaim the vat paid on the vat return.
