I found this forum when I was searching for additional information on the SataBank case. And got served well by the infamous Martin Everson.
My business is software development and IT-Security. Recently moved to Malta from an high tax EU state. And so far I'm happy with the change. I can finally grow my business organically. I work for financial institutions, retailers, telecommunications as an external consultant. From time to time I also invest into app development. I still like to get my hands dirty as a software developer. But the investor role pays better.
While I'm an expert for complex software systems (especially in making them less complex), the tax / legal system is a different beast and I'm happy to see some sharing going on here.
I'll try to contribute back a bit form my area of expertise. Lets see how it goes.
