Not because I have a problem with it but I want to know if there is any guaranteed bank account opening with any of the many agents around?

Say we want to register a offshore company and open an offshore account for this newly registered company but without a bank account we don't have a use for the company, so is there any agent that actually make these guarantees?

I saw one thtead here selling this service. The thread may be from admin. They are offering Cyprus offshore company registration with a bank account. Please search a bit, you'll get the thread.

No there is no guarantee that your bank account actually get approved. However, if you provide a detailed business description and a valid website chances are 99,9% for approval and it's possible to get an conditional approval before you start the process of company formtion.

Hire a professional agent that will surely help you in applying a bank account. Like an accountant who knows what will be the requirements and what are the good and bad things that you want to avoid in applying a bank account. When I was 18 years old I was able to apply for a bank account by just using my Student ID which is a Valid one of course and they let me in.

This slightly changed since you posted this :) or what you say OP ?

There is no one that can guarantee a bank account opening. At the end of the day the bank has the final right to approve or decline a application! Any service provider that operates with guarantees in these matters is not serious!

For my clients I guarantee a bank account and we have never failed before. But, that`s just me. Also, I charge more than other companies. You go cheap and you get screwed, its how it works usually. However I do require that the client participate in the requirements.

are requirements bankers reference letter?

What are some reason for why a client would open a bank account with you if he has to provide so much information? friendly question to learn :)

Its not so much about requiring lots of information, every bank requires certain items and I divulge this to the client before they pay. If they fail to obtain these documents it is not my fault, however we will refund money if the account fails to open or if it takes too long and the client changes their mind.

Some require bankers reference letters, some don`t.

Well you want to consider that opening a US bank account is not the same as an offshore account! It's more like to open a local bank account in most European countries.

A US account is most definitely an offshore account for someone who is not living, a resident, or citizen of the US, especially when their companies are incorporated in offshore jurisdictions. Offshore banking, at least the way I think of it, is banking for companies located outside of the country where they are from or incorporated in.

Or, defined by wikipedia: An offshore bank is a bank located outside the country of residence of its depositors, with most of its account holders being non-residents of the jurisdiction.

Also, I was not just referring to US accounts, though I think I`m somewhat associated with it on the forums. We introduce clients to banks all over the world. US is just the most popular.

True but if you want to open an account where reporting is standard then you have to open an account in the US, even the CIA, FBI and NSA will watch every single trx you are doing. So the term offshore may be correct for a US bank account but what people understand with an offshore bank account is different :)
