Listen to a podcast that is compatible with your language level or to your favourite songs in a target language. Input is very important as it makes you understand people without translating what they say in your head.
To talk to a native speaker just call some restaurants, hotels, tourist info services, etc in your target country and practice until you are understood. Correcting mistakes immediately doesn't work, teachers that do that kind of thing blantly want you to be their permanent student/income stream because language acquisition is not about correcting mistakes and learning grammar (you can study how to ride a bicycle for a year and you won't be able to ride it, however you can easily learn to ride it by practice).
"AI" bots are usually trained to recognise native speakers, so the chances are that they will correctly undestand all the words in your voice prompt with an accent are low. You can try Bing app though, it it free and you can talk to it.
