Happy owner of BVI company never had any activity!

What can I do with a BVI company that never had any activity? I mean would it be possible to sell it or to use it for some sort of offshore tax structuring?

If you don't have any use for it why not just sell it. Otherwise make use of it for a business activity. Not really sure what answer you expect
