Has anyone been hearing about a non-profit to assist offshore organizations?

I work at a large consulting agency (well it's large here at least, and cannot disclose) and the law firms we deal with are joining a non-profit union of some sort. Has anyone else been hearing about it? Maybe you can full me in please. They don't discuss much with us, but lots about Hong Kong and Camen Islands. I keep hearing Monet. Any idea what that is. Everyone is very excited. Please don't take this as any advice or something beneficial to you. But something is forming and yes I'm nosey lol.
