Hello,

1.How much will it cost me to create from (Romania EUROPE) without leaving the country an offshore company.IN delaware or wherever its cheapest.
2.Also do you think that will allow me to choose a payment processor for my website that is available only for the US and that will not matter if i am from Romania.
3Also how do you handle accounting for an offshore company do you have to pay a US accountant?

Is stripe also a payment processor?If i create a US based company can`t i use shopify as a payment processor?
