Hello to everyone in the forum
I'm new, as you can clearly tell, I work as a consultant and am mostly based out of LATAM however have offices in the USA, and Europe as well. Most of my work involved corporate structures, executions, and advisory. I stumbled upon the forum looking for advice and information about a couple items I had pending. Most of my clients are SME business and some corporations, and mostly look for help with their accounts, getting their taxes in order, and just general business assistance abroad.
