Question High Risk Merchant Account at HighRiskPay.com information please?

No matter how high risk an industry is, anyone can get a free trial of up to a month with Payline. You can try it out before deciding whether or not it’s worth it. Once an application is accepted, it has its own customized plan.
Har anyone experience with PayLine?

I'm looking at their highrisk appetit https://paylinedata.com/high-risk-merchant-account that is very huge, but can't see if they only accept US LLC or international companies?

Does anyone know if there are legal regulations that only EU countries can work with EU means of payment?
It has been so for a long time, VISA and & MC have regulated the marked so EU companies and individuals have to work with EU payment processors, it almost also apply for the high risk payment processing segment. There are still work arounds by simply incorporate a company in the region of where the payment processor is operating.

I tried to contact them a few times with the contact form, but never got any reply. Has anyone been in touch with them lately ?
Try give them a call, that can work well. I call them when I need fast contact, never have been successful with the contact form or email.

Hi everyone,

I've been following this thread and wanted to share some of my own experience while also asking if anyone has had similar issues, or maybe found solutions I haven’t considered.

Earlier this year, I applied for a high-risk merchant account through HighRiskPay.com after being turned away by several more traditional PSPs due to my business model (digital goods + subscription services, in the online self help niche). At first, their team seemed responsive, and the onboarding process was relatively smooth. However, after going live, we ran into constant problems with withheld payouts, unexplained risk reviews, and chargeback ratios that didn’t match what our CRM and Stripe legacy logs showed.

We also noticed a steep reserve hold (20% over 180 days), which had not been properly disclosed upfront.

I eventually shut the account down and switched to a combination of PayNetEasy and an offshore solution with a Bulgarian MID. The setup wasn't cheap or quick, but it has proven way more stable.

So here’s my real question: Has anyone here successfully used HighRiskPay.com long term (12+ months) without major fund holds or shutdowns? If so, what vertical were you in, and did you negotiate the reserve terms up front? I'm considering circling back to them for a second project I’m launching in nutraceutical dropshipping (low-ticket, EU/US markets only), but only if I can get clear terms and better guarantees.

Any feedback, positive or negative, would be super helpful. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

Thanks very useful, we have experience with almost the opposite, sorry to say it.

You’ve definitely seen Worldpay before. It’s a leading provider, but accounts are mainly aimed at general businesses. However, you can also join with a high-risk business, yet rates won’t be the best. Worldpay supports industries like adult, gambling, telemarketing, nutraceuticals and so on.
Is this the former RBS WorldPay that changed its name again? I dealt with them many years ago, back then, they were pretty easy and flexible to work with for mainstream businesses.

But when it came to high-risk, they weren’t very open.
We tried with a travel company, but we didn’t get approved.
