Housing Market

How is the housing market where you are living? In South Florida, it is AWFUL. I know there are probably a lot of places worse off but it's slow here/ But the good thing is that if you are looking to buy a house now is the time. I just wish I had the money right now to do that so then I don't have to worry about it.

Well, here the here the housing market does no longer exist.


There are house to sell which have been advertised for nearly a year. And many families are close to running into foreclosures right now.

We are also suffering from a weak housing market down here. A lot of houses are foreclosing and mortgage payers defaulting on their loans. The financial crisis is really hitting us all pretty badly. With the interest rates so low, it should be a good time to buy property. But with credit still inaccessible to many, it's really not helping the market.
