How difficult it is to pay invoices for US companies to a UK/Cyprus/OAE company

Hi everybody,
How difficult it is to pay invoices for US companies to a UK/Cyprus/OAE company?
I am choosing a jurisdiction for a freelance marketing services (individual contractor) to work with US (mainly) and EU companies.
I heard that it can be difficult for a US company to pay invoices to countries outside US.
Can you confirm this?
What are the best jurisdictions for my goals?

I also consider Ireland, Gibraltar, and open to other options.

Depends on the bank. Some banks can't send wires (even domestic) online, or you need to pay for a monthly wire module to be able to send wires.

Does combining UK/Cyprus/OAE company with opening WISE/Payoneer accounts sloves this? I will have US bank account details in this case.
I am not sure if it is possible to combine WISE/Payoneer with a UK/Cyprus/OAE company.
