How does the feedback system works?

I have read the email that was sent around, here it says that we can give feedback to the user when we have had some kind of collaboration with them. How do you do?

Go to the Profile of any given user, click on "Feedback Stats"

From here you click "Add Feedback" - the same place you can see how many have given their feedback to the user.

That's an overall view of all feedbacks left. It should be very self explaining

Not many are using it.. there are some, that's a very good start. We need more!
