How long does the offshore company formation process take?

Can you please tell me how long does the offshore company formation process takes?


I know some offshore companies can be formed in as little as 24 hours and sometimes within the same day it is ordered. Other jurisdictions generally take within 1 to 5 days. But I am wondering whether the process can be finished within a given time frame or does it depends on the jurisdiction?

It depends very much on the offshore jurisdiction you choice... as you mentioned some places it will only take about 24 hours where in others it will take between 1 and 2 weeks.

Also to consider is a Ready-MAde offshore company, for the most of offshore jurisdictions you can just buy a Ready-Made offshore company, which means, you will have all the corporate docs and everything else you need within 24 hours, this also applies for offshore jurisdictions or low tax jurisdictions like Cyprus where it normally takes 1 or 2 weeks to register a company.


The additional costs are only small, nothing to care about in the big setup.
