How to avoid to pay personal tax as director of offshore company?

Can it be done to avoid to pay personal income tax if you are a director for a offshore company outsite of the EU?


I want to employ myself for this position and receive regular monthly salary payment from the company but want to avoid to pay to much tax.

You can't avoid the personal income tax! Is it a requirement that you will be the director of the company?
