how to clone my plastic payment card

This is probably not the right section but I haven't found better one...

Is there any expert who can advice me on cloning a payment card. Say I have a card and want to own two identical copies of it (in fact one original, one copy). It's definitely doable, just don't know where to start.

And yes, just for my own usage...

pretty classic debit card, embossed, front side data reading area (is this what you call a chip?), mag stripe on the back side

how can I find out?
