Question How to Dropship using an Offshore Company?

Hi everyone this is my first post,
So I was wondering if I had an offshore company in Dubai and I want to do dropshipping using that company can I link it to a Stripe, PayPal and Shopify account? if not, what are the alternatives??
And if you have any tips / advice I am all ears.
