How to get the US residency?

It is sad that the current administration allows wide-open borders along the southern U.S. border and rampant illegal immigration, but will not allow hard-working industrious capitalists to legally immigrate to the U.S. from Europe. The socialists in the U.S. are sick and twisted.
The rich get what they want, the poor need to lick the rich peoples feet's and stay at home.

Ok I don't think eugenics has anything to do with this. This is largely economic migrants and people from war torn countries. Migrants from Africa bring cheaper labor and many are actually well educated btw.

So please leave out the topic of eugenics when discussing migration. We already had WW2 and a holocaust driven by some madman who believed in that nonsense.

Importing a lot of third worlders is a good source of voters as well for the ruling party. Canada for example has been allowing a f**k ton of indian immigrants in regardless of whether they can speak english or french, they cannot man even basic cheap labor jobs and are reduced to doing uber/uber eats jobs to generate an income until they have a minimum of skills in english. A lot of party propaganda/marketing has been tailored especially for them so now they represent a huge voter mass that will vote for Trudeau no matter what, regardless of the moronic policies he's been pushing.

There's still major labor shortages in every sector despite immigration ramping up year after year, because the people coming in are not even qualified to work at McDonald's basically. The only reason they were let in is because of the potential for "woke politics" and "diversity" marketing approach by the liberal party.

They even call Toronto the New Delhi of the americas because whites are basically a minority lol. Nothing against them personally, but it goes to show immigration can be used as a political weapon to ensure constant re-election.

The TN visa is a good option for Canadians, however, it is not a dual intent visa and can't convert to a green card.

There's no point in hopping the Mexican border if you already have visa-free access to the USA lol.
That's a common misconception that's incorrect. If I got $10 every time somebody told me that, I'd have a lot of purple bills. Many lawyers make big bucks selling people that narrative. While TN is not dual intent, there is a process that enables TN status to a green card.

  • Your sponsor (either you or your employer) must file an I-140 petition
  • You must wait for two things to happen: your I-140 must be approved and your priority date must be current. We’ll cover priority dates later on.
  • If both conditions are met, then you can file an I-485 adjustment of status form and wait for its approval.
  • Then you will be issued your green card and your nonimmigrant TN status will be adjusted to immigrant status.

Since TN is not dual intent, you cannot leave USA until your status is amended. Filing this forms enables you to make a petition to amend your non-resident alien status to dual intent towards a green card application. All in all, the process takes about 12-18 months. You will have to remain in the USA for that process (if you leave before your status is amended, you risk being banned entry to USA for 3-10 years).

I didn't know this was possible, thanks for sharing. Not being able to leave the US during the process could be a pain for some. Imagine if there's a wedding or funeral you have to attend.

In any case, I don't think the OP is a Canadian so the TN visa is out of the question.

Finding a fat older American woman to marry is probably the easiest option I believe. Just be ready to fulfill your marital duties or she 'will call the immigration' on you lol.

No, you're right, I don't think OP is Canadian. But iirc OP spent a few years in Canada, so might be possible to get Canadian papers in another couple years and then go to USA. Depends how badly they want to go there and their present situation. Kinda roundabout, but sometimes it's an option. Of course if you have money to throw at the problem, that's usually better.

As far as finding a fat lady---haha! Hilarious, just don't let her sit on you, unless you like getting choked. You'll definitely need to be fulfilling marital duties of some sort. But seriously, from how much retentive minutiae is scrutinised for US immigration by marriage, I would not consider marriage an option unless an absolute last resort (and I mean last resort after considering to live in any other country). USCIS (previously INS) can trail you for 10+ years checking up on the validity of your marriage. You would really have to love somebody to go through that hassle, I don't know that even paying $250k for a marriage would be worthwhile considering the hassle (not to mention that it is a serious federal crime). I guess the best thing then is to just say you identify as a butterfly and are gender-fluid in an open harem-like relationship, and they'll never know who you're really sleeping with, which side of the bed you're on, or which of your wife's cousins farts the loudest at family cookouts. Plus moving to a sanctuary city might help, laws seem to be applied differently in those areas. Many things I like about USA, but some of their idiotic gubbermint institutions and policies should just cease to exist.

Yep, doncha know it. A friend of a friend experienced that exact situation. His dog was dying in Toronto, so he left in the middle of the process and got banned from re-entering USA for ten years, iirc. You gotta ask yourself what's more important at that point. If the dog was in Toronto, family should have drove to visit him with the dog in Buffalo to say their goodbyes. But he didn't think that US immigration was so serious. That's a mistake lots of Canuckleheads make, because coming and going from USA as a tourist is generally easy breezy. But it's hella serious when you're trying to make work for great benefit of glorious future lifetime, then they treat you like a Mexican---papeles cabron, la pinche migra viene! Anything besides a regular tourist trip to Vegas or Old Faithful and INS is gonna be checking every a*s crack you got.

Somebody said this about funerals: you're not going to come to my funeral, so why should I go to yours? As for weddings, they mostly end in divorce, don't they? I'll come to the divorce party instead, I like burning effigies more than eating cake.

That is indeed the worst part about the U.S. (even though Europe is far worse). Normal productive people do not want to work for the government (except for Republican appointees after an election, who wish to enact change -- but then we all saw what happened to the Trump administration).

I haven't experienced EU as an undocumented resident, so I cannot compare. Maybe it is worse. For sure there is probably more layers of bureaucracy, though USA has no shortage of it either, depending on which state and for what situation. Speaking from the aspect of recently importing some products into Europe, what the blistering barnacles?! They want to trace all the aspects of the transactions, who sold the goods, where the money went, where the cardboard box is from. But when I'm dealing with USA or Canada, it's completely laissez-faire in comparison. I was shocked how quickly I lost interest in doing business there. And then there's limits on how you much money you can transfer personally between persons, and why isn't there a EU tax ID (even if this product was external than the foreign seller should get an EU tax ID), blah blah. Forget about paying cash, but in USA it's just another walk in the park to splash some cash. Even in Commie Canada there's some remedy for petty cash.

In USA I would argue, these days if you are willing to live there as an illegal alien, for normal productive people there's countless ways to really have a great life without any proper immigration paperwork. But then if you ever leave USA, it might be a one way trip. And maybe you should stay in sanctuary cities/counties for the quietest life away from law enforcement. But there's many opportunities and money. The cash economy is huge in Texas right now, and you can get legit driver's license or other ID in more states nowadays than before as an undocumented. So for many people, making the trip across the Rio Grande is worth the danger. Idk how desperate I would be coming from EU, but it might an adventure. Green card interviews have been getting waived more and more, maybe there will be some other loosening of restrictions by Brandon's administration. haha let's go Brandon.
