Belize which is actually considered to be a prime location in the North America is rightly meant for the efficient business happenings and exclusive incorporations all around the world and makes the right environment for business people to carve a niche and make their presence worthwhile and extremely effective.

Since this article was published it much has changed we don't consider Belize any longer to be relevant or secure if privacy and anonymity is an issue?

Nothing is wrong with incorporating in Belize, however, they have signed plenty of TIEA's and other information exchange agreements which makes it less attractive, you will want to have a look at the Seychelles as an good alternative, Why Seychelles? - Blogs - Offshore Company Forum

Before I gonna incorporate in Belize I will check other options, it seems that nothing worthy is left any longer, Seychelles seems ofcourse to be an options but if that is the only offshore jurisdiction left your options are very limited :(

There may be other countries, but best would be to check on the OECD website or google countries that have signed TIEA's.

Sure and it will for the rest of the company's live, however, this is not what this discussion is about. As I mentioned in one of the above posts then nothing is wrong with Belize nor the companies there it is just that it won't offer that much privacy protection any longer then what it was used to be.

Within 1 week the Belize company should be incorporated and duly registered:)

I actually own a Belize company and soon a Seychelles corp too, with all the discussion about the Seychelles company and Cyprus bank account going on here I had to try.

Actually a Seychelles company with Cyprus bank account is working very well for many.
