How to recognise fake site selling offshore company?

Hi all,

I want to buy min 5 years old company in Delaware, but am afraid of being hoaxed, and loosing my money.
Is there a list of genuine web sites selling companies or something similar ?

You want to check if the provider is certified at some point. For instant if he is a certified accountant or if he is listed at the Chamber of Commerce for the country / jurisdiction in question as an service provider.

If you buy from some unknown person around here you won't be able to verify if all is as it should be.
