around 2.5k is just the legal fees alone from notary and stuff.
The process is mostly the same. You just need way more cash for the ag.

They have to do same work which you can't avoid. Switzerland costs approx 5 times more compared to Seychelles, Belize and BVI!

be careful with ch there is tons of offres, the problems start the 2 year with chareges, that they can top 20 k for do nothing

When? Prices in Startup.com were higher before. Anyway, you do not need anybody to register your company.

how will you secure that you have all documents in place and correct completed using this provider? I believe as an foreigner you won't just be able to go ahead registering a company in Zug without some professional to help?
