Hello
If you added your emi bank account to your payment gateway and after the payment gateway company sent the payout and then money never appeared and never return , so what banking options we have? I heard Trace and recall functions , so is it possible to bring back money to payment gateway?
If the Emi do not help us then what you would do?

Hello,

The bank or issuer of the transfer is the one that can track it, there is a way for them to communicate via swift message.
When there is an EMI, This work with a bank, this is the one that should look for the transfer.
They should not get lost, but it is a process that sometimes fails, I tell you from my own experience.
Normally get solution, not worried.

Regards,

Well , the Emi is paxum and the payment went to their Barclays bank account that belongs to Dek co ltd. But it seems either paxum or barclays do not help to resolve the issue.
The payment gateway requested an info from bank and still waiting for their reply. Still no return and no appear (1 month) So it went missing.
The main cause was the payment gateway hasnt got the ability to put the special instructions on payouts which emi requires it to put the money to the appropriate accounts.

Note:
@Gediminas The payment gateway is very trusted one(ccbill). They sent the payout. Thats for sure.

Did you ask ccbill if there banking partner did already start an investigation about the amount sent? Usually the sender can start a tracking request of the missing amount. ccbill should double check as well if you are the only one facing such problems with paxum. I'm pretty sure that the problem is on the paxum side. They were really not trustworthy in the past.

Not the only one, there are similar issues people having with paxum.

Yes the payment gateway started a trace but the paxum’s bank seems not responsive, not even dare to reply company requests.
