Increase in empolyment in diamond sector

Surat is the one of the place of diamond industries. Because of credit crisis, many people lost their jobs. Now there seems some revival. The signs of revival of spending have brought back cheer, though at the cost of longer working hours and sacrifice of the traditionally extended festival holidays.

Of course it is a good sign that diamond sector is reviving in India and world wide. Surat,the textile city of India has a second name ( Diamond city) also.The export orders from overseas firms and US retailers are also pouring in, due to improvement in overall economic condition.It is also a festive season here in India, that boost the diamond business. Needless to say that, thousands of people are engaged in Diamond cutting and polishing job in Surat.

Firstly thank for reply to my post. You are right surat is the diamond city also. It is really good that there is improvement in this season.
