Indian V/S Foreign sites for payment with Paypal

I am a regular e-shopper visitor of sites accepting Paypal both Indian and foreign sites. I basically prefer the later as they have better policies and readily admit their mistakes, in case of a mix-up. What about you?

It is really a pathetic situation to admit the fact.May be it is my own motherland "INDIA", whom I love as my life.But here most of the websites doing online business are not trustworthy and transparent.You just can't take them as granted.So I hardly join them to transact through PayPal for e-shopping.
