I’ve had a search through the forums but can’t find any proper reviews of Instabill.com. They get a mention but nothing really in depth.

Can we get a review on them? Are they legit?

They may very well be legit, at least they have been around for many many years without without major scandals.

I have known them since 2008 if not longer and looked bad and good about them. Since it is a high risk processor you will often see some threads where people think they have been cheated, but in general they seem to keep what they promise if you play fair game with them.

have used instabill 2 years ago for a high risk website dating site, they have paid out well for me.
