Hi,
I am french living in Ireland, invest in crypto and I have a limited company based in Dublin.
I am planning to move in cyprus in september to enjoy the weather and also for tax purpose (statut non dom tom). I will also open a new company.
I read that in cyprus that the dividend are tax (2.6%), is it possible to keep this company in ireland and withdraw dividend in cyprus. In ireland the tax on dividend are 33 %.

I am lost to know what the best to do with this irish company and optimize my personal tax.
Thanks for the help.

You could also consider either having the Irish company taxed in Cyprus, or simply closing it down and opening a new company in Cyprus.
But a good tax lawyer from Cyprus should be able to explain all those options to you.

I think by closing the irish company i will be tax a lot in personal if i have by example 200k on the corporate bank account.
But you are right, i will ask some tax cyprus lawyer or even irish.
