Is it possible to BVI company registration without any agent ? if not which jurisdiction can ?

Is it possible to open a company in BVI without any agent or middle man?
Like in dubai ,

Which jurisdiction where one can open offshore company without agent or middle man ?

Can anybody put some light on it ?
I want to register company by my self.

I would not recommend doing that, makes simply no sense because the BVI have increased rules to comply to international pressure from all sides.
