Is OffshoreCorpGroup.com Legit?

Hi,

It's been november 2016 since I submitted all my documents to Offshore Company Formation - We form your offshore company here but since I made my payment I hardly had any communication.
All my google searches led me to belief they are legit and I still hope they are but the communication is a nightmare and I almost feel scammed. No official document of incorporation, nothing in my mail, no paperwork to sign. Simply nothing.
Is this their standard business practice or is it a scam?

Well, they are legit and I have had not problems. Do you had all the documents required available from the beginning? Where did you incorporate?

If it is a Seychelles or BVI company, you may know there have been business holidays in the Seychelles until wednesday last week! They have been damn slow there to get the incorporations done in the Christmas season, the same goes for the BVI.

The Christmas season might explain the hold up.

What's the offshore jurisdiction you ordered? Do you received a name approval or a reply to provide more information?

I have 5 incorporation's I have been waiting for since the 10th of December. After 1 week I got informaed some of the docs need additional notarizing and apostilled which takes time. Anyway, for my existing companies I have had no problems at all there!

Be patience and they will get back your order done.

Welcome aboard

There is nothing to worry about as @auric already explained there have been delays! To register a company now a days is not like it was for 2 - 3 years everything has changed! Also it is still a simple process, it is not a product you take off the shelf.

Just last Friday (last week) I got my company registered in the Seychelles! I have been waiting 3 weeks for this to happen. I was in the same boat as you and thought I was scammed.. but obviously not. They have been providing support even this weekend. I'm happy to have found this forum and this company

I can vouch for them.. no problem at all second company under registration now! They have been slow lately which I believe is because they are busy!

Quick update:
After the new year things moved along quite fast! Got my corp now and waiting on the bank acc.
Was certainly sweating for a while but with all the holidays it makes perfect sense and the owner of the company is a bliss to deal with!
Once I got my first corp + bank acc i'll definately do a second one with them if the pace stays like that

Great to hear all is good I was getting nervous too with one of my first order because of huge delays but everything went out just fine! Still using them for new setups.

I vouch for them too! Have eight (8) companies registered with them during the last year. Sometimes I had to kick them in the a*s to get a reply but all the time I got what I paid for. I even got a great support. When I asking them for a thing not in the scope of the package they replied with even a longer reply and explanation then expected!

Sorry for that, it looks like a word was missing from my post... "do they provide a proxy service to open a bank account for you?" For example, in Wyoming, when you establish an LLC, certain LLC service providers will act on your behalf, under a private agreement, to open a bank account for the LLC so you can stay anonymous, you retain full control but your name is not associated in any way.

I know some people had troubles with @auric in the past but my personal experience is great and I have recommend all three of the above to friends and business partners around.

they are legit.. have incorporate a Cyprus and Seychelles company with them + opened Cyprus bank accounts for both entities.

The first setup Seychelles + Cyprus bank account didn't work out, the bank declined the entire business case so it was a waste of money and time. After that we tried with a new setup and got approved by the bank.
