Is there a way to check if I already have ITIN?

I had registered some LLCs in the past (for example I have EIN), so maybe I got ITIN somewhere along the way. But I cannot find it in any documents I've got.
So is there any way to check it?
Or a Fast Track to obtain it?

I'm a non-resident alien for the US IRS.
