itpay.app - any experience?

In my continuing quest for a payment processor, I came across itpay.app

It was recommended to me by an associate, but there are no reviews or info about it online.

Based in Russia, accepts payments from customers in cards, pays out to mastercard or USDT.

Has anyone used this company?

Website looks clean and nice. Easy to sign up but not sure on their reliability.

It screams to the heavens that this cannot be a real service that can be used for anything sensible! I would say that when there is no information anywhere about who they are and what cards they can handle or whether they are PCI certified, then it's a total no-go!
