Leupay+crypto+paypal

Hello, I am new here , thank you very much to all the people who collaborate in this community, I learned a lot here.

I have some question hope somebody can help me.

Im from Venezuela and i have some friends who want to invest in cryptos, i would like to be the broker, will leupay work well to receive the money and then send it to exchanges? I read that they are crypto-friendly now There's nothing cryptic about crypto trading - LeuPay Blog

Can i open a paypal account with the leupay account?

Will be a problem if I receive around 50k per month?
