The director+shareholder are nominees.

Which banks are willing to work with UK Ltd and Nominees ?

-- with disclosing UBO ?
* Some cyprus banks will allow this, with a personal UBO visit.

Any other banks (with/without personal visit)?

-- without disclosing UBO ?

I don't think it's going to be possible.. byt would be happy to hear about it

UBO will always be known to the bank unless you fake the UBO which can't be done with real banks

Usuaully it's possible, it depends on which agent you choose to setup your company and if they have a cooperation with the bank of your choice.
