How do you compare shopify with Neteller? As far as I read shopify is an e-commerce shopping system and not a payment processor, correct me if I'm wrong?

Yea, to my understanding they provide you with a card reader for your smartphone to accept card payments.

Edit: but um there's one other site that I can think of that handles payments that is payoneer.com but apparently they don't accept direct top up. Maybe it could be of a use to you

So they are open a merchant account for their customers with a bank? if so I will have to contact them, didn't realize that's what they are doing.

It seems that they have some kind of system in place that when you open your online store trough them you're able to start accepting credit card payments intstantly. That's at least what it says on their website. I don't know about the bank thing.
