Looking for a place to reside ,have seychelles ibc

Hi i have a seychelles ibc and i was thinking of spreading my time in these 4 countries throughout the year.
1.Serbia
2.Paraguay
3.Phillipines
4.Ivory Coast

Can i keep my company zero tax by staying in these 4 countries 3 months a year.

I am an Indian citizen.If the above works will buy or lease properties in the above 4 countries.

It'll probably work. Neither of those countries have particularly effective tax authorities, nor do they prioritize foreigners much.

However, both Paraguay and Philippines have something akin to territorial tax that you might be able to leverage, if you don't want to relocate every 90 days.

If i have researched correctly then all these 4 are non crs countries and yes i want to leverage the territorial taxation part as well and pay zero tax. So if i spend half my time in phillipines and half my time in paraguay would that work?or what or how should i plan my stay?

Would you add Belarus also in this list.

There is also another option having a dubai company and staying in portugal with NHR does that work too?
