Looking for best offshore company where?

Hi,

I'm long time viewer of this forum for more than 3 years never wanted to signup here but now I need to know where is the best offshore company formation to be done?

I want to know the country or jurisdiction to where you think is the best for an business selling T-Shirts and business cards online. We are 2 people owning a website and don't have a company yet. We are working from Romania and want to avoid a company here because of stability reasons.

Most of the people here including admins will suggest Cyprus , Belize and Seychelles. How much is your budget by the way? I want to know because I'm curious

As are selling T-shirts online. I'll recommend you Netherlands or Cyprus. In Netherlands you'll get some unique benefits regarding internet and calm country.

Cyprus is actually best by far. But you need to find one which suits your niche.

I agree with Jack, Online businesses will be good if you choose Netherlands because of their high speed low cost internet plans. You can never go wrong there

I don't understand where the Netherlands comes into play for online businesses. I would go for something like Seychelles or Belize and use Skrill, Neteller or some other processor to get it payments.

I agree with Skrill. Most probably PayPal will not allow these kinds of transactions or business and if they will allow it, you are gonna pay higher fees rather than low fees with Skrill.

With PayPal you are either allowed ot denied there is no higher fee at PayPal for not allowed items or is there?

If it is what you are selling OP I don't see any problems with WorldPay, PayPal, Skrill and what else is suggested here. You may even just use a local company for your business. Otherwise you can register for a Cyprus company and apply for a merchant account with any European payment processor!

I would suggest Skrill as the better option or bitcoin. Since selling t-shirts could be by piece or by batch, having a payment processor which implements low fees on their transactions would be the best idea to go.

I'll vote for Seychelles or Belize also. Cyprus also could be a good option but Netherlands not will be the same.

Yes it seems indeed Seychelles, Belize and Cyprus is what the most of the users have here. I wonder what is wrong with other jurisdictions and what they are. I read something about Mauritius, Bahamas, Cook Islands and Panama + Dominica and Gibraltar but they are not discussed that much here!

Well, if you want alternatives to the Seychelles, Cyprus and Belize you may want to look into Dominica or Gibraltar it seems to be very good too.. I'm looking into these jurisdiction as well as a few others.

For me there's no 'best company' in the world. Every company has its own pros and cons and some suites a business or an entity well and some are not. you just need to focus on what company do you need and you're good to go.

It also matters whether you mean to sell T-shirts by using a 3rd party print or using your own stuff. The first solution isn't that much different from selling digital content, other than the content itself (T-shirt graphics) and that you still have to come to an agreement with the 3rd party provider.

The latter makes it harder. Most likely you'll need a local company, I'm not aware if you can ever conduct offshore business physically in a country without registering it there too.

I'm pretty sure the most efficient way would be investing in his own printer in the long run. This could save a lot of money along the way. He just need good investments to make.

Did you get a clue of where to incorporate your business? If not, use dark docs + Seychelles or Belize corp + digital financial services to open account for your money!

Seychelles company formation seem to be the answer to most here! Jsut because it is cheap and has an awesome privacy protection from the very beginning. Even noobs like me can do that without any risk!
