Looking for EMI with card (link to paypal)

Hi, i have a spanish paypal business account, im looking for an EMI that can be linked to paypal (EU IBAN), also i need a physical card for atm withrawl.
Leupay was a good idea, but it needs video verification and i cannot.

Have you tried with Revolut or MisterTango, both may work well for this purpose.

Why can't you do Video verification? most of the providers do this today so darks is almost impossible if that is what you are looking for.

You can also make it with Pay with Fire / fire.com , an Irish EMI but for that, you need an Irish or UK company

I get a revolut account but i cannot link the revolut iban with my paypal account...
About mistertango, they did not accepted my "docs".
about fire, i have not a company.

keep looking for an alternative.
