It seems like that. Not completely sure why though.. I understand that you'll need two entities, but if it's all very standard, there shouldn't be too much extra work compared to a single entity.

But how would a US LLC work in Malta? Wouldn't it simply be the standard rate of 35% PIT (or 15% using the Malta TRP program). OR, if they consider it as a corporation, 35% CIT
