Someone know how to Marshall Islands company formation? I think they may be liberal in what business they are accepting and evem accept herbal business or what do you think?

I need to find a reliable agent and person that is able to help me to get this all sorted out.

Why do you belive that Marshall Islands Company will help you with your business? I don't think they will accept it under any circumstances. You will need (as you already did) check in regions like Guatemala and Costa Rica for a offshore Company formation. Otherwise I believe you will be very disappointed

I don't think they will accept you in Marshall Islands... best trying other offshore tax heavens like the Isle of white or Panama as they are more relaxed.

They will refuse to register a company for you with the business activity you mentioned. Your only chance to get a company is to hide your activity which is not unusual to do in your case and very easy. Most often no one will ever look your way again once the company is registered.

Do you really think that they will notice if you are doing anything in the company that isn't accepted business? If so, who would do that you think?
