I’ll join it tonight and hopefully it will be helpful. The reason why I mentioned it is because it will enable cash out or trading it with bitcoins and less use of the company bank account(s).

Where are you based? Where are your customers? What cryptos are you exchanging? Do you hold customer funds? Do you provide a service or just technology? Do you provide advice?

The answer depends on the myriad combinations of these questions. Even then, it is often uncertain due to incompetent or unscrupulous regulators and lawmakers.
