Message to admin : still don't have news after send you Bitcoin

I would like to access Mentor Group Access. I sent a payment 95 euros Bitcoin 2 days ago and I sent message with ID, then no news. I wrote a message again yesterday, still no news.

I don't find other way to contact admin so I put a message in this thread even it's probably not the best place.

Is the service still active?

Have just renewed my subscription recently
Don't think you have reasons to worry about it
the only thing is admin is a real person, not a robot
so, you just need to wait until he find your message with payment proof (or that topic )
